Surface and Heat Treatments are often the final stages of the manufacturing process. We offer a range of technology services in this domain; some are provided in-house, while others are outsourced through long-term, reliable partners.

Vacuum Hardening 

Temperature up to 1200C

Max. size - 400 x 400 x 1000mm

Chemical & Physical Deposition

Different kinds of coating for various special applications. 

Coating examples: Ti, TiC, ZrC, DLC, 

Plasma Nitriding 

Max. size - 700 x 1000 x 2000 mm 

Anodising, Pickling & Passivation

Glass Blasting

We have 6 specialised boxes for glass blasting.

Electro & Electro Less Polishing

  • Ra ≤ 0.13 µm / ≤ 0.40 µm / ≤ 0.80 µm

  • Bright Finish, Anodically cleaned  

  • Testing, Commissioning 

  • Cleaned & Packed in ISO 7 Clean room

  • Full Analysis: Dimensional, Roughness, Purity, SEM pits, inclusions, XPS (Cr to Fe)

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Semi- Automatic cleaning line of maximum size 350 x 350 x 450 mm 

  • up to 80C demineralised water rising 

  • dry hot air drying / hot nitrogen drying 

  • up to 80C ultrasonic cleaning 

Plasma Spraying 

Special plasma spray coatings:

Electro & Electro-less Nickel Coating
